Ariel Lanada DL - Managing Consultant

With a career spanning over thirty years, Ariel is a dedicated and passionate leader, nurse-manager and educator committed to the highest standards of compassionate, patient-focused, clinical care. With particular skills in:

Ariel is looking to share his knowledge and experience with a wider audience.
Born and brought-up in the Philippines, Ariel graduated with a BSN from Central Philippine University and was appointed an Acting Director of Nursing before relocating to the UK in 2002. Currently he is a Divisional Lead for Practice Development and Education with a leading NHS Foundation Trust.
Registered with the NMC as a Teacher and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Edcuation Academy, Ariel holds a Masters in Nursing Education from Oxford Brookes University and is currently studying for his Doctor of Education.
Ariel is an Associate Lecturer in Leadership and Management within the Oxford School of Nursing and Midwifery at Oxford Brookes University, an external examiner for University of West London and is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Central Philippine University.
Ariel is the Chair of the Alliance of Nurses and Midwives Diasporas UK, President of the Filipino Nurses Association UK, Chairman of the Filipino Community of Oxfordshire and a Deputy Lieutenant of Oxfordshire.
Widely acknowledged his many contributions to professional, academic and community life, Ariel is much in demand as a teacher and mentor.
Rob Haines - Managing Consultant

After more than thirty years with multi-national corporations and consultancies, Rob brings his varied range of business skills to Lanada and Haines.
His wide experience covers IT and business consultancy, business process enhancement and project management. Within Lanada and Haines, Rob focusses on finance and company secretarial roles.
Rob graduated from the University of Reading in 1979 with a BA in Archaeology and Classical Studies and is a Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP) and a Member of the British Computer Society.
